29 Floor -Outdoor Hospital Elevator – Oriana Hospital

We are proud to have successfully delivered and installed a 20-passenger outdoor elevator designed to service hospital patients at Oriana Hospital in al taawun area . This specialized installation enhances patient mobility, accessibility, and operational efficiency within the healthcare facility.

Executed in collaboration with Al Nasriyah Group, the project reflects our expertise in engineering, fabrication, and installation of high-performance steel structures tailored for critical environments. The elevator system was designed to meet stringent safety standards while ensuring durability, reliability, and smooth operation under continuous hospital use.

Architectural Steel Canopy & Skylight Structure

We successfully completed the fabrication and installation of a bespoke architectural steel canopy featuring a radial roof design supported by a central structural column. The project showcases precision engineering, combining both structural integrity and modern architectural aesthetics.

The canopy consists of a circular steel roof plate reinforced with radial beams extending from the central column, creating a visually striking sunburst pattern. Surrounding the structure is a glazed skylight framework that allows natural daylight to penetrate the space below while maintaining weather protection.

Scope of work included detailed engineering, steel fabrication, surface finishing, and on-site installation. All components were manufactured to meet stringent quality and safety standards, ensuring long-term durability and performance under outdoor environmental conditions.

We successfully completed the mass production of heavy-duty custom steel saddles designed for industrial pipe support applications. This project highlights our large-scale fabrication capability, precision manufacturing processes, and commitment to delivering consistent quality across high-volume orders.

Each unit was engineered to provide optimal load distribution and structural stability for large-diameter pipelines and cylindrical equipment. The saddles were fabricated using high-grade structural steel, incorporating reinforced ribs and base plates to ensure strength, durability, and long service life under demanding operating conditions.
